Your Kagerz (cagers) team is designed to provide an exciting and fulfilling basketball experience for each player.

This season we will dwell on building fundamentals through drills designed to challenge each player. Players will be encouraged to identify his/her weaker skills and assisted in making those skills his/her strengths.

During all tournaments we will work on performing each skill with increased speed. Players will be reminded that making mistakes while challenging your skill level is a part of the process.

We will emphasize it is good to be a skilled player, and great to be a thinking skilled player. We will ask each player to follow a very disciplined regiment of focus and self achievement.

As long as a player is focused, working hard, and demonstrating respect playing time will never be an issue. It is assumed that each player has the desire to improve from each practice to each game. It is assumed that players will bring the proper motivation to each practice and game, and will never bring the wrong attitude to a practice or game. It is understood that playing at your highest level requires your best attitude.

We are not here to provide a babysitting format. We will challenge each player during each practice and game. We expect all players to listen and ask questions at all times.

Our goal will be to work and prepare ourselves to be ready to play at our highest level during all tournaments.

All Kagerz players will be required to enroll in the Right Fit college search program. It is 100% free and provides huge advantages for players wishing to play at the next level.
